No Time To Go To the Gym? Dumbbells to the Rescue!

Let’s face it, it’s not always easy to get to the gym and workout. It’s too cold outside, you’re pressed for time, your workout partner bailed on you at the last minute.

Instead of laying around on the couch and feeling sorry for yourself, grab a pair of dumbbells and try this quick workout.

The workout is a “super circuit” which means you perform each exercise in succession with no break (or 30 seconds max).

Here are the exercises that are performed in the video

A1) DB Squat Press 3 Sets 10-12 reps
A2) DB Rows 3 Sets 10-12 reps

B1) DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3 Sets 10-12 reps
B2) DB Incline Press 3 Sets 10-12 reps

C1) DB Curl to Press 3 Sets 10-12 reps
C2) DB Split Squats 3 Sets 10-12 reps
C3) DB Lying Tricep Extensions 3 Sets 10-12 reps
